Visitor Management System

Our Visitor Management solution pairs an admin portal for internal staff with a welcoming kiosk for company guests, and can be deployed on public or private cloud, or fully on-premises. The flow is paperless end to end: a visitor receives an invitation email — with a QR code and visit details — as soon as their host books the appointment. On arrival they present the QR code to check in at the kiosk tablet, digitally sign house rules or an NDA, and scan a business card for the host’s reference. The kiosk printer then issues a badge to wear for the duration of the visit.
